Your journey to South Tyrol
Arrival by car
South Tyrol is a land of mountains. The narrower the roads, the more frequent the bends, the more cows at the roadside, the closer you come to your holiday happiness. If you drive to South Tyrol by car, you can look forward to a well-developed road network and the odd little road that will take you to the most beautiful places in the country. These roads will lead you to us in Val Passiria/Passeiertal:
- Via Meran
- Via the Jaufen Pass
- Via the Timmelsjoch Pass (in summer)
Hotel Wiesenhof is located on the outskirts of St. Leonhard (coming from Meran before the village of St. Leonhard), surrounded by beautiful meadows and a wonderful garden with heated outdoor swimming pool, large sunbathing lawn, and children's playground. A large, safe parking lot as well as shelters for motorcycles are available to our guests. The spa town of Meran is only 20km (25 minutes by car) away from St. Leonhard. EV charging station for electric cars is available.
Arrival by train or coach
If you arrive by train, we offer a shuttle service from Meran or the Brenner railway station with our hotel bus. The Flixbus runs several times a day between Munich and Meran and allows a cheap and comfortable journey without a car, also for the seniors and families. We will gladly pick you up from Meran with our shuttle bus.
Arrival by plane
Those who arrive by plane have the possibility to use our transfer service from Innsbruck airport. We kindly ask you to book in advance. An alternative is the South Tyrol bus, which is offered from the airports of Milan, Bergamo, Verona, and Munich and will take you directly to Meran. We will gladly pick you up with our shuttle bus from there.
